It’s always hard jumping out of bed especially the day after having had a little too much to drink. Housemates alike found it hard joing instructor Botle for their morning work out. Biggie sounded the alarm countless times but they just tossed and turned in their beds. HoH Sheillah who clearly was enjoying her sleep only woke up after she was called to the diary room to collect batteries.
A little while later, Goitse, Sulu and Feza woke up joining Nhlanhla
who was an early bird this morning. Botle soon came in and woke up more
housemates, she encouraged them not to miss out on the session if at
all they wanted to have a structure like hers.
They set up a boot camp in the garden,
taking the housemates through some warm ups, a little run ins and
balancing. Ex housemate Luclay was also up but opted to watch from a
distance as others went about their business.
With all the partying and drinks that
they had the night before, housemates just needed this exercise session
to fight the effects of alcohol.
